THOMAS "T'POT"

From karting at six to wheel-to-wheel Fiesta Junior racing, Thomas is one of the busiest 14-year-olds in the paddock — and one of the best-known, thanks to what's written on his front bumper.

He writes the names of young people affected by bullying on the car, so they're seen on every lap. Racing hard and looking out for people — that's the crew in one driver.
