Delivery

Hey Purple Helmet fans! Every item is printed to order at the print facility closest to you (UK, EU, US, Canada or Australia), so it’s made fresh for you rather than pulled off a shelf.

UK: usually 4–7 working days
EU, US & Canada: usually 5–10 working days
Australia & New Zealand: usually 7–14 working days

We try and full send it as fast as we can, and the more popular items and sizes tend to be quickest. Like a good pint of Guinness, good things come to those who wait! You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Full details in our Shipping policy.

Returns & exchanges – always free

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and unwashed, and we pay the return postage.

UK: click the account icon, sign in, find your order and hit Request return. We’ll email you a free prepaid label. Need a different size? Put it in the note and we’ll send the new one as soon as the original arrives back.
Outside the UK: request your return the same way, or email info@purple-helmet.com with your order number, and we’ll arrange it at our cost.
Faulty or misprinted? Email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it – no need to send it back.

Sizing guide – tees

All measurements in inches, garment laid flat. Length is from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem; width is armpit to armpit. Easiest check: lay a tee you already like flat and measure it.
