1. Who we are

purple-helmet.com is run by PH Racewear Ltd, trading as Purple Helmet, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16913420), 7 Oakridge View, Killinghall, Harrogate HG3 2WH, United Kingdom. Email info@purple-helmet.com, phone 07519 611132. Your purchase is made directly with PH Racewear Ltd; Shopify, which powers our store, is not a party to it.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. Every item is printed to order, so please check sizes and colours before you pay. If we can't accept or fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to every country we sell to. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and your rights

All returns are free within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

7. Product images

We try to show every product accurately, but colours on screen can vary slightly and printed-to-order garments can differ a little from the images.

8. Intellectual property

The designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to PH Racewear Ltd or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and don't try to interfere with it. Orders are for personal use, not resale.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer law.
